Job Title: Data & Reporting Analyst (Contract July to November)
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite
The Financial Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing accurate insights to support business decision-making. This role works with finance and business stakeholders to improve reporting processes, ensure data accuracy, and enhance analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and automate financial reports, dashboards, and data analyses.
- Gather reporting requirements, build solutions, and validate data accuracy across multiple systems.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and support audits and reconciliations.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports to provide visibility into key financial metrics.
- Collaborate with finance, business partners, and technical teams to improve reporting tools and processes.
- Troubleshoot data issues and support data quality initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and enhance analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting/dashboard tools.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
