Job Title: Assembly Operator
Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm MST, Monday–Friday (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Location: Loveland, CO


About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Hardware Manufacturing Contractor to join their onsite team. In this role, you will align, calibrate, and execute test methods of varied complexity to meet operational plans and customer demand.


Key Requirements

  • Strong time management skills, reliable attendance, and punctuality

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with hand tools

  • Must read, write, and speak fluent English for understanding SOPs and work instructions

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications

  • Experience with hand tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute assembly tasks according to standard operating procedures with supervision

  • Align, calibrate, and run test methods as required

  • Troubleshoot emerging issues and escalate when necessary

  • Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO requirements

  • Participate in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement efforts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality

  • Identify and recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality

  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace in adherence to company policies

  • Complete paperwork, maintain accurate production records, and report work status

Physical Demands

  • Must stand for prolonged periods (up to 80% of shift)

  • Frequent talking, hearing, lifting (up to 30 lbs), bending, kneeling, and reaching above shoulder height and below the waist

  • Use hands frequently to handle, feel, and maneuver assembly components

  • Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive manner to achieve production, safety, and quality goals
