Painter / Chemical Processor
$20.00–$25.00/hr | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | Full-Time | Immediate Opening
A leading aerospace and precision manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Painter / Chemical Processor to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to grow in a stable manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare metal and composite parts for processing and coating
- Perform anodizing, passivation, etching, and related chemical processing
- Apply industrial paints, primers, and specialty coatings
- Operate chemical baths, spray equipment, ovens, and curing systems
- Inspect finished parts for quality and maintain accurate documentation
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in painting, plating, anodizing, powder coating, or industrial finishing preferred
- Aerospace or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Schedule & Overtime Expectations
All positions must be able to work overtime and Saturday mornings from 6:00 AM–12:00 PM when necessary. We value our team’s time off and hope to keep Saturday work to a minimum, but it is required from time to time. We will NEVER work Sundays or Holidays.
