Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker
Location: Wisconsin Rapids, WI
Compensation: $20.03 per hour
Shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm, 2:00pm–10:00pm, or 10:00pm–6:00am

Job Description:
Join our team as a Production Worker at a leading food manufacturing facility in Wisconsin Rapids! We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals to assist in the production, packaging, and quality control of our food products. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Package, label, and inspect finished products
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work assigned 8-hour shift
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality
