What’s a typical day as a Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound I? You’ll be:
- Handling all inbound customer calls, including order placement, rewards program maintenance, and addressing concerns or complaints
- Providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally
- Utilizing Outlook, MS Word, and Excel to manage information and communicate effectively
- Working closely with a team of 8 staff members to deliver high-quality customer support
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have strong customer service experience, either from a call center or the service industry (must have)
- Are confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (must have)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (must have)
- Have a reliable broadband internet connection (required for remote work)
