Pay Rate:$18.00 per hour
Shift: 8am – 5pm
Work Overtime as necessary, Sit and Stand for long periods in the day

What’s a typical day as a Material Handler – Imaging Specialist? You’ll be:
- Preparing and indexing hard copy records for scanning, based on specific client requests
- Scanning documents to electronic images using third-party software and ensuring image quality
- Completing internal documentation and following production procedures
- Performing quality checks on scanned and prepped records, correcting issues as needed
- Conducting manual data entry for validation and verification
- Reassembling documents to their original condition and preparing for delivery
- Maintaining scanning hardware/software and troubleshooting errors
- Assisting in training new Imaging Specialists
- Operating pallet jacks, carts, and occasionally forklifts as needed
- Participating in safety and security drills, reporting issues as required
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bring at least 1 year of related experience in a team-focused environment, preferably service industry
- Possess strong communication and basic PC skills
- Can accurately sort, file, and box records, removing staples and maintaining order
- Are detail-oriented and produce quality work at a sustained pace
- Can work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
- Are able to lift 20–60 lbs., bend, stretch, reach overhead, and push/pull boxes and pallet jacks routinely
- Can operate forklifts, pick lifts, and/or pallet jacks
- Are comfortable wearing steel toe boots and clothes that can get dusty
