Welder – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
West Bend, WI | $20–$22/hr | 2nd Shift | Four-Day Workweek

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and manually MIG weld using industry-standard equipment
- Produce quality parts according to blueprints and production standards
- Inspect and repair welds to ensure accuracy and top quality
- Finish metal surfaces by removing burrs, scratches, ink, and weld spatter
- Perform first-piece inspections to ensure work meets specifications
- Keep your workspace clean and safe, supporting a team-focused environment
- Operate saws, ironworker, drill presses, and other tools as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of MIG welding experience in manufacturing (preferred) or equivalent
- Skilled at reading blueprints, instructions, and inspection tools (tape measure, protractor, square)
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
- Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs with overhead crane assistance
- Able to stand for up to 9–10 hours per shift
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Steel-toed boots and safety glasses required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Shift & Pay:
- Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–1:30 AM (Enjoy three-day weekends!)
- $20–$22/hr, paid weekly through Kelly Services
- Location: 2720 E Progress Dr. West Bend, WI
