Position: Automotive Service Administrator III
Location: Allied Dr, Dedham, MA 02026
Type: Onsite | Temporary (3-6 months, coverage for leave of absence)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $33/hr
Job Summary
As the Service Intake Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service and efficient scheduling of our repair operations. You will handle customer intakes, troubleshoot basic inquiries, and coordinate service appointments, supporting the overall function and customer satisfaction of the branch.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for customers, both in person and over the phone.
- Handle customer intakes, gather required information, and assess customer needs.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support and answer questions.
- Schedule and coordinate repair appointments, vehicle/equipment drop-offs, and pick-ups.
- Create and maintain work orders in the company system.
- Provide status updates to customers as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles required.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt as needs arise.
- Previous experience in the service industry; experience as a service writer is highly regarded.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Process Orientation: Understands documentation and warranty procedures (training provided).
