Kelly Services is hiring a dependable Warehouse Janitor for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Earth City, Missouri.

Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This position performs routine cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the facility while following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum warehouse and office floors.
  

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
  

• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of materials properly.
  

• Clean warehouse work areas, docks, aisles, and other assigned spaces.
  

• Restock paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies.
  

• Clean spills promptly and place appropriate warning signs when necessary.
  

• Dust and wipe down surfaces, equipment exteriors, windows, and fixtures.
  

• Safely operate basic janitorial equipment and use cleaning chemicals according to instructions.
  

• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when items need to be reordered.
  

• Follow all warehouse safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
  

• Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or maintenance concerns to management.
  

• Complete additional cleaning and facility-support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, warehouse, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
  

• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
  

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  

• Ability to safely use cleaning products and janitorial equipment.
  

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
  

• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.
  

• Willingness to follow all company safety and sanitation procedures.
