Assembler – Forming Department
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Enjoy an excellent summer schedule with early afternoons and weekends free! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with great hours and the potential for long-term employment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Fabricate manufactured parts and assemble them into finished plastic tubing products.
- Operate within the Forming Department by dipping metal rods into a specialized solution that adheres to the rod to form plastic tubing.
- Follow work instructions and production processes accurately.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
Work Environment:
- Personal protective equipment is provided, including rubber boots, a rubber smock, and gloves.
- Manufacturing environment with hands-on production work.
Qualifications:
- Entry-level position – paid training provided.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Dependable with a strong attention to detail.
