Become an Elementary Math Interventionist in Bridgeton, NJ!

The role of a Math Interventionist.

• Work closely with district personnel to support teachers and students with math intervention during school. These sessions are in-person.
  

• Understand student learning gaps based on information given to you and coordinate with district-provided curriculum to tailor to each student’s need.
  

• Assist with lesson planning, projects, and other academic tasks.
  

• Foster strong and positive relationships with staff and students through significant, consistent, and regular amounts of time.
  

• Evaluate and report student progress.
  

• Work in collaboration with classroom teachers and school administration, under the direct supervision of the Kelly® Education Tutoring Solutions Team.

Specific information about the Kelly® Education tutoring program in Bridgeton, NJ.

• Provide in-person math interventionist support for grade levels K-8
  

• Work with district personnel to guide teachers and students in small group tutoring sessions throughout the school day (in-class and pull out)
  

• Must be available Monday – Friday, approximately 8:00am – 3pm (schedules vary slightly by school)
  

• Interventionists will report to 2 schools per week.
  

• Interventionists will receive direct guidance from the school district.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree 
  

• Math teaching certification
  

• Previous tutoring/teaching experience required
