Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.00/hr

What’s a typical day as Accounting Clerk? You’ll be:

  • Supporting accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements, and maintaining data within financial/accounting systems.

  • Processing and coding billing and payroll, preparing and verifying financial reports, and performing general bookkeeping tasks as needed.

  • Assisting with invoice processing and completing financial reports within SAP.

  • Creating Capital Projects within SAP, including AFE creation, WBS set up, and TC Coding.

  • Assisting in setting up Purchase Orders in SAP and troubleshooting related issues.

  • Supporting the Capital Projects Team with accrual processes and other project-related tasks.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Bring experience with SAP and report preparation.

  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and strong PC skills.

  • Possess a helpful attitude, aptitude to learn, and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Type accurately and efficiently, supporting data entry and document management.
