Salary: $60,000 per year

Shift: 6pm to 6am

What’s a typical day as Production Supervisor? You’ll be:

  • Directing and supervising production personnel to achieve optimum efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining a safe work environment.

  • Executing production priorities as per the work schedule to meet customer demands.

  • Managing plant floor activities to improve utilization of materials and labor.

  • Addressing quality and personnel issues in a timely manner and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborating with plant personnel and other departments to review operations and implement necessary changes.

  • Maintaining high visibility on the plant floor throughout your shift and promoting a positive work environment.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety policies and participation in safety audits and incident reporting.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Bring 3-5 years of relevant production or manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a formal leadership role.

  • (Preferred) Have 2 years of experience in plastics or fabrication environments.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.

  • Possess knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety regulations, and equipment.

  • Can work safely, manage stress, assess performance, and be available outside normal work hours as needed.

  • Are committed to fostering employee engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
