Temporary Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Duration: ASAP – November 2026
Location: Pennsauken, NJ
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team immediately. This assignment is ideal for someone looking for a short-term opportunity and will conclude in November 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely collection of payments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all AR transactions
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding payment statuses
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to start immediately and commit through November
