Join Our Team as a Pick & Pack Associate

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Pick & Pack Associates to join our distribution center in North Canton, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a committed team that supports a prominent gourmet chocolate manufacturer—all within a rewarding and positive work environment.

Position Overview

  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday

  • Employment Type: Temporary

  • Compensation:

    • 1st Shift: $17.00 per hour (6:00am–2:30pm or 6:30am–3:00pm)

    • 2nd Shift: $17.50 per hour (2:45pm–11:30pm)

    • Part-Time: $17.00 per hour (9:00am–2:00pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pack individual candies and product bags into boxes

  • Operate production equipment such as shrink and flow wrappers, candy cutters, twist wrappers, boxing and box taping machines, and scales

  • Efficiently set up and prepare the production line for each shift

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production line; conduct thorough clean-up at shift end

  • Ensure high quality standards are met for candy appearance, labeling, packing, and decoration

  • Verify all cases are properly filled and products comply with company standards

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

  • Capacity to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills

  • Adherence to company dress code: clothing must be free of rips, holes, tears, patches, or frays

  • No piercings, jewelry, artificial nails, or eyelashes permitted during work hours

Physical Demands

  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Bend, stoop, kneel, walk, and stand for extended periods

  • Frequently perform repetitive manual tasks
