Stand up Reach Forklift operator
Location: Romeoville, IL
Pay: 1st shift 6a-2:30p $20/hr
2nd shift 2:30p-11pm $21/hr

What’s a typical day as a Forklift Driver? You’ll be:
- Safely unloading inbound shipments and moving products to storage locations
- Stacking and storing merchandise efficiently in designated areas
- Pulling and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accurate quantities and types
- Operating forklifts and other powered equipment to handle, move, load, and stage materials
- Using RF equipment for inventory control and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records, assisting with inventory counts, and ensuring proper stock rotation
- Supporting building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as needed
- Upholding all safety, food safety, and quality standards throughout daily operations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Possess experience operating forklifts/industrial equipment (OSHA certification required; recertification every 3 years)
- Are hard-working, dependable, safety conscious, and team oriented
- Have strong basic reading, writing, and math skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Can lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform bending/squatting as needed
- Are comfortable working in refrigerated/freezer environments (-10°F for extended periods)
- Are detail-oriented and able to follow SQF Food Safety Code requirements
