Pay Rate: $25.28/hour
Location: Twin Falls, Idaho

Kelly® is hiring skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to support our client’s manufacturing facility in Twin Falls, ID. If you’re seeking a rewarding role providing both mechanical and electrical maintenance across a progressive industrial environment—let’s connect!

What’s the opportunity?

Support safe, efficient operations by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of automated machinery and production equipment. You’ll be an essential resource for both mechanical and electrical support—helping to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Schedule:

  • All Shifts Required:

    • Days: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

    • Swing: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

    • Nights: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am


  • Training conducted on day shift for 2–3 weeks.

  • No fixed schedule; shift assignment is based on need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use CMMS to provide and document maintenance information.

  • Operate, maintain, and repair automated industrial machinery—including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3-phase power, communication devices, electronic controls, and power transmission systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues utilizing strong PLC, mechanical, and electrical skills.

  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings.

  • Perform preventative maintenance and respond to repair needs.

  • Maintain production reliability and support safety/quality initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.

  • 2–3 years of electro-mechanical automation system installation & troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine repair.

  • Strong practical troubleshooting skills (mechanical & electrical).

  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret schematics.

  • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft environments.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to work all shifts, overtime, and/or extended days as needed.

  • Maturity, professionalism, and ability to work independently.

  • Military training and/or technical school highly preferred!
