Job Title: Machine Operator
Shift: Monday-Friday 2nd Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm
Pay rate: $17.50
Location: New Albany
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team for 2nd Shift. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of assembly machines and performing product inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
- Operate machinery and equipment according to established work instructions.
- Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect finished products and accurately record results in accordance with quality specifications.
- Safely perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals.
- Promptly report any unsafe or unhealthy working conditions to supervisors or management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to comply with all safety and operational procedures.
