Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator – Level II
Location: Ladson, SC **ONSITE MUST BE LOCATED NEAR SITE**
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Pay: $29.25
Position Summary
The Supply Chain Coordinator (Level II) serves as the main point of contact for gathering and consolidating supply plan updates across multiple planning groups, ensuring the Oracle system is consistently aligned with the most current promise dates. This analytical role collaborates cross-functionally with materials planning, procurement, and production control teams to maintain data integrity, quickly resolve supply gaps, support and improve reporting tools, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Main Responsibilities
Promise Date & Oracle Alignment
- Capture regular supply plan updates from planning groups, ensuring timely and accurate Oracle system updates.
- Ensure Oracle data (promise dates, order quantities, supply commitments) reflects the latest planner and supplier inputs.
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies or misalignments to appropriate planners for quick resolution.
- Maintain frequent communication with planning groups to track changes as they occur.
- Support root-cause analysis for missed or shifted promise dates.
- Partner with materials planners and buyers to validate updates prior to Oracle entry.
- Represent data alignment efforts in supply and production review meetings.
Reporting & Dashboard Enhancement
- Maintain and improve Excel templates used for supply tracking, monitoring, and escalation reporting.
- Standardize reports to minimize manual rebuild efforts.
- Build and sustain Power BI dashboards, integrating data from Oracle/Excel for promise date monitoring, supply gaps, and trend analysis.
- Automate manual report processes to streamline recurring presentations.
- Distribute status reports and dashboards that reflect current supply plan status and promise date alignment.
Data Integration & Process Improvement
- Support integration of data into Power BI or other BI platforms for near-real-time visibility.
- Enforce data integrity checks and validations to prevent errors from surfacing in dashboards or leadership reports.
- Identify opportunities to automate and reduce manual touchpoints between planning group updates and Oracle entries.
- Develop and maintain a central tracker supporting Oracle alignment and executive reporting.
- Advocate for continuous process improvement to drive efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of information capture.
Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP/MRP systems (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data validation, reporting) (required)
- Background in supply chain, materials planning, or production control
- Strong attention to detail; proven ability to follow through on tasks
- Effective communication skills; comfortable collaborating with different planning teams
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience building or maintaining Power BI dashboards
- Exposure to manufacturing or automotive supply chain environments
- Familiarity with large-scale manufacturing ERP systems
Education, Licenses, and Certifications
- High school diploma or certificate of secondary education (or equivalent experience as allowed by regulation)
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
