Client Services Coordinator– Fairfield NJ
Supports laboratory operations by acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal laboratory teams.
Typical responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding laboratory testing requests and project status.
  

• Receive, review, and process customer sample submissions and accompanying documentation.
  

• Coordinate sample intake and ensure all required information is complete before laboratory testing begins.
  

• Enter client information, test requests, and sample details into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and other internal databases.
  

• Prepare quotations, work orders, and client correspondence.
  

• Communicate testing schedules, turnaround times, and project updates to clients.
  

• Coordinate with laboratory analysts, project managers, and operations teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  

• Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding client requests.
  

• Resolve customer inquiries and provide a high level of customer service. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (science, business, or a related field).
  

• Previous experience in customer service, client support, laboratory operations, or project coordination.
  

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  High attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven laboratory environment.
  

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including laboratory personnel, quality assurance, sales, and operations
