Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23/hour
Shift: 1st 6AM-6PM
2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on. 48 hrs. one week, 36 the next

What’s a typical day as a Water Treatment Operator You’ll be:
- Ensuring and optimizing process operation for water treatment facilities
- Guaranteeing the quality of wastewater collected and purified to meet public safety standards
- Recommending technical developments and improvements to processes
- Managing subcontractors and supplies to maintain efficient operations
- Applying quality, environmental, and safety systems in daily tasks
- Monitoring equipment and facility operations
- Collecting and testing water samples for parameters such as pH and chlorine
- Adjusting chemical feeds as required
- Documenting data to support compliance with environmental regulations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience in water treatment operations or related technical fields (municipal or industrial)
- Are comfortable working in a regulated environment and following established safety procedures
- Possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills for sample testing and process monitoring
- Are able to recommend technical improvements and support process optimization
- Can effectively manage supplies and subcontractors
- Have availability for 1st shift work
