General Laborer
Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-1:30 PM
Pay rate: $19.00
Overtime: Saturdays and additional hours as needed
Interview: No interview required. Offers will be based on resume review.
Position Summary
The General Laborer supports warehouse and production operations by performing a variety of material handling, assembly, and housekeeping tasks. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the flexibility to work in multiple areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Load, unload, lift, move, and organize materials.
• Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support production and warehouse operations as assigned.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to learn new tasks and work in multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and twist up to 80 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn a variety of tasks to support daily operations.
