Warehouse Associate – Rework Operator
Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Pay rate: $19.00
Interview: No interview required. Offers will be based on resume review.
Preferred: Previous forklift experience (not required)

Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate – Rework Operator is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, inventory control, product rework, and customer returns while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain the bagging and rework area.
• Follow all plant safety, quality, environmental, and warehouse procedures.
• Perform inventory activities including pallet tracking, cycle counts, rework, and customer returns.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including the robot wrapping machine.
• Inspect products for quality or damage concerns and take appropriate action.
• Work closely with production, shipping, and quality teams to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly without assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Ability to work in hot and cold manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, and other safety equipment as required.
Work Environment
Fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, housekeeping, and teamwork. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and supporting multiple warehouse functions.
