Location: Onsite in Fairbanks, AK
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 3:00pm

Job Duties
- Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Order filling, including wire cutting and pipe order fulfillment
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
- Assist with shipping, receiving, loading, and offloading trucks
- Perform other assigned warehouse duties as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Willingness to learn from mistakes to boost productivity and accuracy
- Ability to use handheld (RF) scanners and basic operating systems (we’ll teach you!)
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Team player mentality and safety awareness
- Desire to grow and take on new responsibilities
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
- Warehouse environment
- Regular attendance and punctuality required
- May occasionally require evening or weekend hours based on business needs
Additional Details
- Safety toe shoes required; vests and gloves provided
- Casual dress code (jeans, hoodies, T-shirts OK); avoid loose clothing/accessories
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no current or future visa sponsorship)
- Offer contingent upon successful completion of all applicable pre-employment requirements (background check, drug screening, etc.)
