- 1st Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00am to 1:30pm or to finish.
- Pay Rate: $17.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and assemble orders for shipment in a temperature-controlled (refrigerated/freezer) warehouse environment, ensuring correct quantities and products as indicated by order tickets or RF scanning devices.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment to transport, stage, and load products onto pallets.
- Work efficiently to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals while ensuring all food safety and warehouse sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Work in cold conditions (typically between -10°F and 40°F), wearing appropriate cold-weather gear and adhering to safety protocols.
- Label, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipping, maintaining product integrity and stability during transport.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report shortages or damages, and assist with unloading inbound shipments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve order discrepancies and improve warehouse processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and practice safe equipment operation at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of pallet jack operation (certification is a plus).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
