Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Shift: Three 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift/week, assigned shift, with one rotating weekend shift.
 -Morning Shift: 500 am-4:00 pm or 600 am-4:00 pm (weekend shift)
- Evening Shift: 12:00 pm-10:00 pm,
– Day Shift: 10:00 am-6:00 pm (Monday-Friday with rotating weekends)

What’s a typical day as a Dispatcher ? You’ll be:

  • Monitoring, dispatching, and balancing work orders to field personnel.

  • Serving as the communication bridge between customer service representatives and field personnel.

  • Answering telephones and performing call-ahead requests for field technicians.

  • Receiving and dispatching non-emergency and emergency work orders.

  • Dispatching orders via Mobile Data and Dispatching Solution.

  • Monitoring, routing, and documenting work orders; reviewing backlogged requests.

  • Coordinating daily operational requirements among internal and external stakeholders.

  • Resolving scheduling concerns between the call center, customers, and supervision.

  • Acting as liaison between the company, customers, and government agencies during emergencies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required).

  • Possess at least 3 years of experience with SAP or a mobile data dispatching system (required).

  • Bring a minimum of 3 years working in or supporting gas distribution operations, or 3 years equivalent dispatching experience (required).

  • Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen, collaboration, and a commitment to coaching and development.

  • Are available to work the specified shift schedule, including rotating weekends.
