¡Únete a nuestro equipo de Producción en Princeton como Clasificador(a) de Maíz! Ayudarás a garantizar un procesamiento de semillas de alta calidad, removiendo materiales no conformes como hojas, tallos, producto dañado, plantas fuera de tipo, materiales inertes y maleza. Mantén un área de trabajo limpia y ordenada mientras realizas actividades repetitivas como levantar, alcanzar, estar de pie, agacharte y girar.
Responsabilidades clave

  • Remover materiales no conformes de las líneas de producción de semillas de maíz.

  • Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.

  • Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad y equipo de protección personal (EPP) (se proveen guantes y gafas de seguridad).

  • Completar el cuestionario de alergias antes del inicio de la asignación.

  • Mantener asistencia regular y confiable.

Ambiente de trabajo

  • Exposición frecuente a niveles elevados de ruido y transportadores en movimiento.

  • Requiere estar de pie, sentado y movimiento frecuente de brazos y manos.

  • Se da la bienvenida a trabajadores que hablen español; cada equipo contará con un líder bilingüe.

Código de vestimenta y EPP

  • Se requieren zapatos cerrados (no es necesario que sean de punta de acero).

  • Se requieren pantalones largos y camisa que cubra el torso y los hombros.

  • El EPP (guantes, gafas de seguridad) se proporciona sin costo.

Horario

  • Equipo 1: Lun-Vie, 6:00am–12:00pm; Sáb, 6:00am–6:00pm

  • Equipo 2: Lun-Vie, 12:00pm–6:00pm; Dom, 6:00am–6:00pm

  • Nota: Todos los candidatos deben estar disponibles para cualquier equipo. Los horarios pueden cambiar después de algunas semanas, extendiendo los turnos entre semana.

  • Horario de cosecha extendido (previsto después de unas semanas):

    • 1er turno: 6:00am–1:00pm

    • 2do turno: 1:00pm–8:00pm

    • Los turnos de fines de semana se mantienen de 6:00am–6:00pm

Compensación

  • Clasificadores nuevos: $16.00/hora

  • Clasificadores recurrentes: $16.50/hora

  • Diferencial de 2do turno: +$0.75/hora

  • Bono semanal por asistencia perfecta: $50 (se envía como factura miscelánea)

Información adicional

  • Se requiere asistencia regular y confiable.

  • El transporte hacia y desde el lugar de trabajo es responsabilidad del trabajador.
