Logistics Coordinator/Analyst – Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator/Analyst at one of our Global clients in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA.  This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Title: Logistics Coordinator/Analyst
Location: Raynham, MA (02767) or West Chester, PA
Pay: $31hr and up based on experience; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8 hour day shift
Duration: one year

Logistics Coordinator/Analyst
The Logistics Coordinator/Analyst will support transfer requests from the field (Sales Consultants and Regional Managers), perform transfers for libertas requests, add inventory to existing sets, work with the audit team on pre-audit transfer requests and to clean up transfers for set deployments.

  1. Provide support for below tasks – Set Transactions:

Set Transfers (Transactions SharePoint)

  • Field requests

  • Dissolved territory transactions

  • FSN Set Transfers

Set Adjustments (FE Changes)

  • Requests from Field

  • Adding set(s) for Audit Team (outside of ongoing Field Inventory audit)

Set BOM Adjustments (FE Changes)

  • Adding inventory onto a BOM (Discretionary Field Equipment requests, Open Order requests)

  • Removing inventory from a BOM (Dismantling FEs through RL)

  • Changing Set SKUs

  • Building Set From Loose Goods

  • Inactive UCN transactions

Set Transactions – Technical Detail

  • Request sent for Loose Goods transfer to Transactions SharePoint by FSO, using template: FE Tag number, UCN/SSP From Location, UCN/SSP To Location, increment/decrement qty requested (adj), written off date (adj)

  • Copy/paste information into SAP Upload Form (no more than 100 sets at a time)

  • Expectation to complete requests: Acknowledgement within 24-48 hours, completion by Month-End

 

  1. Provide support for below tasks – Loose Goods Transactions:

Loose Goods Transfers 

  • Field Requests

  • Dissolved Territory Transactions

  • Instruments Returned to FSN

Loose Goods Adjustments (FE Changes)

  • Field Requests

  • Negative ZDELs

  • Inventory Clean up (VW)

  • Short Shipments/Billing Errors

  • Inactive UCN transactions

Loose Goods Transactions – Technical Detail

  • Request sent for Loose Goods Transfer to Transactions SharePoint, using template: item number, qty, UCN/SSP From, UCN/SSP To

  • Request sent for Loose Goods Adjustment to Transactions SharePoint, using template: item number, UCN/SSP Location, increment/decrement qty requested

  • Copy/paste information into SAP Upload Form, no more than 5000 lines at a time

  • Expectation to complete requests: Spine: Week-End, TECA: Acknowledgement within 24-48 hours, completion by Month-End

 

  1. Provide support for below tasks – Error Handling:

  • IDOC Error Handling

  • Batch Lock Issues

  • Reverse Logistics Parking Lot Review

  • Review of Audit impact through ZMB51 notes and FSN iDoc-generating errors

  • Manual Allocation of backordered and launching SKUs

  • Management of Order Controls process

  • Creation of Field Returns

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Computer proficiency

  • Warehouse experience
