Shipper/Receiver I
TE Connectivity | 2nd Shift | $19.80/hr
Join TE Connectivity’s Distribution Center team as a Shipper/Receiver I, with a primary focus on packing and shipping operations. This role supports receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Pack customer orders according to SAP instructions and customer specifications
- Apply labels, prepare shipping documentation, and ensure shipment accuracy
- Pick, pack, receive, and put away inventory using scanners and warehouse systems
- Load and unload trucks and process inbound/outbound shipments
- Operate forklifts, order pickers, turret trucks, and pallet jacks
- Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience
- Experience with SAP and RF scanners preferred
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules as needed
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
- Work at heights up to 30 feet while operating warehouse equipment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Safety Requirements
- Steel-toed shoes required
- Ability to wear required PPE and fall-protection equipment
- Adhere to all TE Connectivity safety policies and procedures
