Shipper/Receiver I 

TE Connectivity | 2nd Shift | $19.80/hr

Join TE Connectivity’s Distribution Center team as a Shipper/Receiver I, with a primary focus on packing and shipping operations. This role supports receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy.

What You’ll Do

  • Pack customer orders according to SAP instructions and customer specifications

  • Apply labels, prepare shipping documentation, and ensure shipment accuracy

  • Pick, pack, receive, and put away inventory using scanners and warehouse systems

  • Load and unload trucks and process inbound/outbound shipments

  • Operate forklifts, order pickers, turret trucks, and pallet jacks

  • Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience

  • Experience with SAP and RF scanners preferred

  • Ability to operate powered industrial equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules as needed

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly

  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift

  • Work at heights up to 30 feet while operating warehouse equipment

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Safety Requirements

  • Steel-toed shoes required

  • Ability to wear required PPE and fall-protection equipment

  • Adhere to all TE Connectivity safety policies and procedures
