Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Position Type: Possible Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $20.45/hour
Shifts Available
Must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday, plus 4 additional weekdays
Shift Options:
5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Flexibility is required as start and end times may vary.
Job Description
As a Warehouse Recycling Processor, you’ll play an important role in creating a sustainable workplace by sorting and processing materials like Styrofoam, cardboard, plastic, wood, and metal. You’ll help keep our recycling areas organized, perform daily equipment inspections, and collaborate with team leaders to resolve any operational concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and process recyclable materials
Ensure efficient processing with no quality defects or load rejections
Move and stage processed materials for shipment
Load processed materials onto trailers
Unload and sort transfer trucks from stores and delivery pads
Accurately record processed materials
Basic Qualifications
Able to stand, sit, and walk for long periods
Able to lift up to 75 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
