Location: Shippensburg, PA
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Position Summary
Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join a leading global construction equipment organization in Shippensburg, PA.

This role is part of a team focused on reducing equipment downtime and delivering an exceptional logistics experience for dealers and customers across North America. You will provide parts order support, investigate delays and discrepancies, manage customer cases, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve urgent issues.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused, analytical professional who enjoys problem-solving, logistics, order management, and working with multiple teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide professional parts logistics support to dealers, customers, and internal teams by phone, email, and case management systems

  • Create, document, and manage customer cases, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation

  • Support order management and provide updates throughout the order lifecycle

  • Investigate order discrepancies, inventory issues, backorders, and shipping delays

  • Recommend alternative solutions for backordered parts, particularly during machine-down situations

  • Initiate and coordinate cross-functional Uptime Escalations for machine-down and critical incidents

  • Work closely with warehouse teams, Service and Quality Engineers, and other internal partners to investigate inventory and order issues

  • Assist internal stakeholders with logistics processes and expediting orders

  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and process improvement initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, order transparency, and the overall customer experience

  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects involving internal and external partners

  • Complete assigned action items and communicate outcomes to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

  • Logistics, supply chain, customer service, order management, or parts experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to investigate issues and identify root causes

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong accountability

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, or logistics platforms is preferred
