Production Support Associate (On-Your-Feet Position)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST
Location: Manufacturing Plant


Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, energetic individual to join our team as a Production Support Associate. This is a primarily on-your-feet role, supporting production order workflows using both computer and manual processes. You’ll be hands-on throughout your shift—moving between workstations, using tools, and engaging directly with products and instructions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately label and mark plexiglass production orders.

  • Print, fold, and prepare instruction sheets for each order.

  • Sort and deliver production orders, including RMR deliveries from receiving to designated areas.

  • Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

  • Maintain a tidy and safe workspace at all times.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

  • Safely operate office equipment, hand tools, and power tools as needed.

  • Complete additional office and clerical tasks as assigned.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing facility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience using hand tools and power tools, with a strong emphasis on safety and effectiveness.

  • Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift, with good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.

  • Basic computer proficiency and office experience.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

  • Commitment to meeting or exceeding production goals.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to stand and move about for extended periods (100% on feet).

  • Able to routinely lift up to 35 lbs.

  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks with accuracy and care.

Work Environment

  • Position is based within a manufacturing plant.

  • Regular exposure to typical shop elements: noise, dust, and various odors.
