What’s a typical day as Recruiter II? You’ll be:
- Partnering collaboratively with business units and HR team members to achieve recruiting goals.
- Guiding and assisting business leaders on staffing processes, policies, and procedures.
- Working cross-functionally with other HR teams on hiring strategies and headcount planning.
- Translating workforce plans into recruiting strategies and implementing creative, cost-effective, and timely actions.
- Educating hiring teams and HR on recruiting best practices and the interviewing process.
- Maintaining applicant tracking database integrity and ensuring compliance with recruiting policies and laws.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new HR programs and processes.
- Ensuring each candidate has a positive and professional recruitment experience.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Bring 3-5 years of recruiting experience in both staffing and corporate environments, with technical/professional recruiting experience.
- Possess working knowledge of the full recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screening, and onboarding.
- Are experienced with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology (Workday preferred).
- Excel in written and oral communication and provide exceptional customer service.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Are able to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
