Job Title: Corporate Recruiter
Location: Franklin, TN (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $38 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
About this role:
Kelly® is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to Nissan in Franklin, TN. This role will partner with business leaders and HR teams to support recruiting initiatives, workforce planning, and an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units and HR teams to achieve recruiting goals.
- Advise and assist leaders with staffing processes, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate hiring strategies and headcount planning.
- Translate workforce plans into effective and cost-efficient recruiting actions.
- Educate hiring leaders on recruiting best practices and interview procedures.
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of applicant-tracking-system data.
- Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years recruiting in corporate environment
- Minimum 18 months of experience supporting professional-level staffing recruitment/programs, within a national or multi-site staffing organization
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology; Workday experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel occasionally, estimated at less than 10%.
