Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19-$20/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift 4:00 pm – 2:30 am

What’s a typical day as a Production Laborer? You’ll be:
- Maintaining clean work areas and ensuring debris and scrap materials are disposed of properly
- Assisting with production tasks such as grinding, deburring, and punching cut parts out of sheet metal
- Organizing punched parts onto pallets for efficient workflow
- Moving materials using pallet jacks and/or forklifts to designated areas
- Operating the PEM inserter machine and supporting other production needs as assigned
- Adhering to environmental and safety policies, and ensuring high-quality standards in all duties
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Can work effectively with limited to no supervision
- Have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Communicate well verbally and possess excellent time management skills
- Are willing to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Are physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and bend frequently
- Are comfortable working in a non-climate controlled production environment
