Shipping Coordinator Location: Batesville, IN
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7AM–3:30PM
Pay: $19/hr
Summary:
Coordinate international shipping, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery. Manage order processing, prepare export documentation, work with carriers, and resolve shipping issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship international orders
- Prepare customs documents and invoices
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders
- Track shipments and handle order processing
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations
- Resolve transit delays and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Experience with shipping systems (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, JD Edwards)
- Familiarity with Incoterms, export/import regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Kofax
- Preferred: Export/Logistics certification
