  • Position Title: General Warehouse Worker
    Location: Miramar, FL
    Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (Full-Time) 1 to 2 month assignment
    Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

    About the Role
    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Warehouse Worker to join our team in Miramar, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging, palletizing, operating equipment, and supporting all areas of warehouse operations while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

    Major Responsibilities:


  • Pack and wrap products and pallets with consistent quality

  • Implement and maintain standard 5S principles

  • Ensure a safe working environment for all staff

  • Manually lift (or team-lift) boxes up to 60 lbs

  • Assist with unloading containers and verifying product specifications

  • Operate packaging machinery and sit-down lift trucks (certification required)

  • Follow shop orders and quality instructions

  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and complete mandatory trainings

  • Perform other duties as assigned across all warehouse operational areas

  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards daily

  • Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations

  • Attend and participate in the weekly work schedule meetings

  • Core Qualifications:


  • Experience in a fast-paced packing/warehouse environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Ability to operate sit-down lift trucks (certified or willing to obtain certification)

  • Basic math, reading, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic

  • Ability to read, write, and speak basic English (Spanish preferred)

  • Flexibility to complete a variety of tasks as assigned

  • Commitment to compliance and workplace safety

  • Consistent cleanliness and organizational habits

  • Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise levels and non-climate-controlled facility
