Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner (Hybrid)
Location: Marion, NC (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Position Summary:
Kelly Services is seeking a Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting across our Manufacturing sites and corporate functions in one of our customer facilities in Marion NC. In this hybrid role, you’ll partner with hiring managers and HR to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and HR to create and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers.
- Build strong talent pipelines for high-volume MFG and hard-to-fill roles (e.g., CDL, technical).
- Provide an excellent candidate experience—timely, transparent communication and follow-through.
- Deliver market insights/data on compensation, talent trends, and hiring competition.
- Support diversity hiring and inclusive recruiting practices.
- Recommend process improvements and contribute to recruiting projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (High School diploma/Associate’s accepted with relevant experience).
- 3+ years’ experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
- Experience with manufacturing, operations, or high-volume recruiting strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
