Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:00pm – 10:00pm (Monday – Friday) (Must be willing to train on day shift for first 3 weeks)

Job Description
We are looking for reliable and motivated candidates to join our team as Entry-Level Machine Operators for our 2nd shift. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in manufacturing with opportunities for learning and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare machines and equipment for daily operation
- Perform quality checks on products and materials
- Communicate effectively with team members, including set-up personnel, technicians, and supervisors regarding operational issues
- Use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, optical comparators) to independently verify quality and complete inspection documentation
- Identify and document product defects; follow procedures for notification and corrective action
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accurate set-up and assembly
- Use basic computer skills for documentation and work tracking
- Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and experience operating machinery or interacting with mechanical systems
- Ability to read, write, and interpret technical documents in English
- Proficient with basic math and computer navigation
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
- Must safely lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to push/pull up to 180 lbs with a hand dolly
- Frequent standing, sitting, walking, and balancing (8–10 hr. shifts)
- Ability to perform repetitive hand work with daily rotation
- Willingness to work in an uncontrolled climate (excessive heat)
