Salary: $58,000 – $63,000/year

Shift: 1st Shift: 8am-5pm | Mon-Fri

What’s a typical day as QC Chemist II? You’ll be:

  • Performing and/or assisting with analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

  • Utilizing analytical laboratory instrumentation with minimal supervision.

  • Complying with cGMP regulations and following all standard operating procedures.

  • Peer reviewing data generated by other technicians.

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation.

  • Performing and/or assisting with equipment calibrations and qualifications.

  • Handling other related duties as required.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related discipline (required).

  • Have 2-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical chemistry laboratory (required).

  • Bring 2-5 years of hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, CE, ICP, FTIR, TOC, MS, and dissolution apparatus (required).

  • Are skilled at following standard operating procedures and maintaining regulatory compliance.

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excel at organizing, prioritizing, and performing concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
