Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00/hr.
Work Schedule: 2-2-3 Schedule 6:45am – 7:00pm
Training Schedule: M-F 6:45am – 3:30pm for training only

What’s a typical day as Injection Molding Technician? You’ll be:
- Removing and mounting molds in injection molding machines, including connecting water cooling, hydraulic, and pneumatic core pull lines.
- Reading and comprehending specifications, blueprints, operating manuals, and following all instructions and written procedures.
- Setting up molds in various types and sizes of molding machines to produce plastic components, working from verbal and/or process guide books.
- Maintaining molding machine cleanliness, setting up auxiliary equipment, and performing adjustment and minor repairs under supervision.
- Communicating with coworkers and supervisors to ensure continuous production operation.
- Keeping the setup room and production floor clean and orderly.
- Cleaning molds daily and performing automation validations, including documentation.
- Supporting all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
- Being available for overtime when the schedule requires.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Must have prior mold setting experience.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate intermediate math and literacy skills.
- Have vision corrected to 20/30 in both eyes.
- Can frequently squat to lift/move up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Are comfortable using computers, precision measuring instruments, hand tools, movable stairs, overhead cranes, and safety equipment.
- Own your own tools and tool box/cart.
