Kelly® is now hiring for a Warehouse Associate (Forklift) at a leading warehouse and distribution center in Morgantown. When you join Kelly, you have a committed partner, a safety-first workplace, and opportunities to learn new skills.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM* Mon-Fri at $18.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM* Mon-Fri at $19.50/hr
*Mandatory OT may require earlier shift begin by up to 2hrs early

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Associate (Forklift)? You’ll be:
- Operating Cherry Picker, Forklift, Reach Truck, and Electric Pallet Jack safely (paid training provided)
- Picking customer orders accurately using an RF scanner
- Building, wrapping, and staging pallets for shipment
- Loading and unloading trailers efficiently
- Moving inventory to designated warehouse locations
- Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Printing shipping labels and packing documentation
- Maintaining inventory using a warehouse management system
- Charging forklift batteries and inspecting equipment as needed
- Keeping your workspace clean and organized
- Completing additional warehouse duties as assigned
This job might be a great fit if you:
- Have a Highschool Diploma or GED
- Have at least 6 months of forklift experience
- Want to learn how to safely operate warehouse equipment
- Can lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Have strong attention to detail and a team mindset
- Like working in a fast-paced, safety-first environment
- Are comfortable using fall protection and working at heights up to 32 feet
It’s even better if you:
- Have experience with Forklift, Reach Truck, or Electric Pallet Jack
- Have used RF scanners or warehouse management systems
