What’s a typical day as Recruiter? You’ll be:

  • Managing assigned requisitions through the full recruitment lifecycle, including position intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, employment offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define position requirements, and support hiring decisions.

  • Developing and posting job descriptions and recruitment materials for approved openings.

  • Sourcing, screening, evaluating, and recommending qualified candidates using multiple recruiting channels and maintaining talent pipelines.

  • Coordinating interviews, facilitating candidate and hiring manager communication, and advising on recruiting processes and candidate selection.

  • Preparing employment offers and coordinating pre-employment activities such as background checks, drug screenings, and new hire documentation.

  • Maintaining accurate, confidential recruiting records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

  • Ensuring recruiting activities comply with employment laws, company policies, and established procedures.

  • Preparing and maintaining recruiting reports and metrics to monitor effectiveness and support decisions.

  • Supporting recruiting events, career fairs, community outreach, and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR team.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have at least two years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, or a related HR function (preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment).

  • Possess strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices, talent acquisition strategies, and candidate sourcing techniques.

  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruiting technologies.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence hiring decisions.

  • Are highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple requisitions while adapting to changing business priorities.

  • Can maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information professionally.

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).

  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
