Job Title: Travel Field Technician

Pay & Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $25.00 / hour


  • Job Type: Full-time


  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours and travel schedules vary weekly depending on project workload).


  • Travel Required: Yes, frequent travel to active project sites.


  • Travel Expenses: 100% Paid by the company.


  • Transportation: Company-provided vehicles for all project travel — no use of personal vehicles required.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Travel Field Technician to join our team in Orange, TX. In this role, you will work hands-on installing specialized rubber pipe linings and protective equipment for commercial and industrial clients. This position involves travel to client sites, working both in shop environments and on field projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install protective rubber pipe linings and industrial rubber coatings according to specifications.


  • Perform mechanical and surface preparation tasks in shop and job site settings.


  • Safely operate in confined spaces and at elevated heights when required on project sites.


  • Collaborate with the field team to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.


Qualifications & Physical Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.


  • Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably work in confined spaces and at elevated heights.


  • Reliability: Strong work ethic, teamwork mindset, and punctual attendance.


  • Valid Driver’s License preferred for team travel.
