Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22–$24 per hour, plus a $1.75 shift differential

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:

  • Operating embossing and converting machinery according to production schedules

  • Performing machine changeovers, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation

  • Monitoring machine and product quality during runs, making necessary adjustments, and recording production data

  • Handling material loading/unloading, manual handling, and operating forklifts or fork trucks

  • Cleaning machines and parts, maintaining product knowledge, and following all safety and hazardous material protocols

  • Using computers for labeling, run sheet printing, and quality assurance tasks

  • Cross-training in other departments and assisting where needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required)

  • Bring experience in a manufacturing environment and/or mechanical aptitude (preferred)

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and good judgment

  • Are willing to learn, cross-train, and work flexibly—including overtime and occasional weekends

  • Can stand, walk, and lift up to 65 lbs frequently and complete respiratory clearance as needed

  • Are comfortable working in a 100% non-smoking environment
