Job Title: TIG Welder
Location: Lewisville, TX 75057
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Overview:
Kelly Services is seeking a skilled TIG Welder experienced in the assembly of electronic sensor components and the fabrication of precision temperature instruments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience with thermocouples, RTDs, and a variety of metals, along with a keen focus on quality, accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute precision TIG welding and silver soldering for small electronic sensor components, thermocouples, and RTDs, meeting exacting quality standards.

  • Assemble and fabricate temperature sensing instruments from technical blueprints and engineering schematics, ensuring compliance with all specifications.

  • Inspect and verify finished assemblies for accuracy, reliability, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of production output and quality control checks.

  • Collaborate effectively within a production team to achieve project goals and meet strict deadlines.

  • Sustain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Hands-on background in TIG welding for instrument assembly, with in-depth expertise in working with thermocouples and RTDs.

  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in TIG welding, silver soldering, and the assembly of temperature sensors; ability to interpret and work from blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.

  • Desirable Skills: Familiarity with various metals and a solid understanding of temperature sensing technologies.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to precision, accuracy, and high-quality work outcomes.

  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record in meeting production targets and deadlines.

  • Time Management: Efficient at prioritizing tasks and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certifications: Relevant training or certification in TIG welding preferred, but not required.

  • Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility for overtime as necessary.
