Kelly Services is seeking a Contracts Administrator

Position Summary

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the centralized management and administration of more than 3,000 contracts across winery operations and affiliated businesses. This role is responsible for overseeing contract processes, maintaining the contract repository, ensuring metadata accuracy, and supporting contract compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the centralized management of a portfolio of 3,000+ contracts.

  • Oversee contracts related to:

    • Co-Manufacturing

    • Domestic and International Distribution

    • Global Sourcing

    • Information Technology

    • Domestic and International Marketing

    • Procurement and Supplier Relationships


  • Assist with contract preparation, review, execution, and ongoing monitoring.

  • Manage and maintain the contract management system repository and contract metadata.

  • Ensure contract records are accurate, organized, and accessible.

  • Monitor contract milestones, renewals, amendments, and expiration dates.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience managing complex, high-volume contract portfolios.

  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and contract lifecycle management.

  • Experience with contract management systems and document repositories.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • M- F from 8am- 5pm
