Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $32.00+/hour

What’s a typical day as Warehouse Manager? You’ll be:
- Executing hands-on materials management activities, including SKU and inventory rationalization, and cleaning up material master data in IFS.
- Reviewing and correcting BOMs, Material Requests, and Shop Orders to enhance data accuracy.
- Performing inventory reconciliation and transactional activities within the IFS ERP system.
- Overseeing material receiving, documentation, labeling, staging, and inventory organization.
- Supporting the transition and movement of materials to an external 3PL warehouse, including inventory preparation and transfer documentation.
- Reviewing and organizing materials management records and documentation.
- Executing standardized materials management processes and work instructions as they are developed.
- Providing general project support to ensure smooth operations while permanent staff focus on daily GMP activities.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience in materials management, warehouse operations, inventory control, supply chain, or similar roles within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing environment (required).
- Bring hands-on experience working with ERP systems; IFS experience is strongly preferred.
- Are comfortable managing physical inventory and performing detailed system and documentation tasks.
- Demonstrate strong GDP (Good Documentation Practices), high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Can quickly contribute without needing extensive training in materials or GMP concepts.
