Inventory Specialist – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Kelly Services is currently seeking an Inventory Specialist at one of our Global clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.  
This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.   You’ll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.  Employees also receive annual performance reviews. 

Title: Inventory Specialist
Location: Palm Beach Gardens (33410)
Pay: $22hr; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 6:30am – 3pm,
Duration: Long term contract

As an Inventory Specialist placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:

  • Work with team to deliver a reduction of manual transactions.

  • Provide Pre-staging, kitting, bulk configuration.

  • Provide customer-responsive order processing.

  • Work with team to create order processing stations that increase speed while maintaining quality.

  • Maintain the integrity of inventory in the finished product stockrooms.

  • Pull daily orders per customer service pick lists including independent demands .

  • Pack and ship orders per assigned transportation.

  • Interact daily with customer service to ship products as needed.

  • Stock shipping supplies, including boxes, bags, and bubble wrap.

  • Perform cycle count when required.

  • Stock finished product inventory including literature, demos/loaners, FP capital goods .

  • Responsible for keeping immediate and adjoining areas clean to include breaking down and disposing of boxes.

  • Work with on-site team to provide support with other tasks/projects as requested by Order Processing Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school education Diploma required

  • 1-3 years experience
