Kelly Services is currently hiring experienced Clamp Forklift Operators for immediate openings in Fairburn, GA. If you have recent clamp forklift experience and are looking for a great opportunity with competitive pay, we encourage you to apply.

Position: Clamp Forklift Operator
Location: Fairburn, GA

Pay Rates:

  • 1st Shift (7:00/8:00 AM – 4:30 PM): $18.50 per hour

  • Mid Shift (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM): $19.75 per hour

  • 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:30 AM): $19.75 per hour (Overtime required) 

About the Role

As a Clamp Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely moving, storing, and organizing appliances and other large materials using clamp equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and experience handling bulky products in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate clamp forklifts safely and efficiently

  • Move, load, and store appliances and large materials

  • Stack and organize inventory accurately

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

  • Recent clamp forklift experience required

  • Experience handling appliances or similar large materials

  • Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment

  • Reliable transportation to Fairburn, GA

  • Steel-toe shoes required for the interview and employment

  • Valid driver’s license that is active and not suspended or revoked

Interview and Skills Assessment

Candidates will be required to demonstrate:

  • Correct clamping and movement of materials

  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures

Candidates who successfully demonstrate the required skills will be selected for training. Experience stacking multiple units is preferred.
